Kay Waldron
Kay is a Training, Supervision, Coaching, and Mentoring Specialist with Kadenza Group. She has 35+ years’ executive leadership experience working within the non-profit sector across two continents. Her education and experience offers clients expertise in training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring that is values aligned working within a spiritual, mental health & well-being, and life planning framework for career and personal advancement.
Kay works from within a Servant Leadership perspective and has specific competencies to meet organisational needs of conflict resolution, crisis management, team facilitation, workplace bullying interventions/education, strategic planning, and programme assessment services.
Kay holds an MA in Leadership, a MSc in Business and Personal Coaching and is a Professional Practice PhD Candidate. She is an accredited Senior Practitioner with The European Mentoring & Coaching Council and is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Psychometric Personality Assessment Tester recognised by European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.
Paddy Ryan
Paddy is an Executive Coach (Accredited Senior Practitioner EMCC) and Management Consultant. He works with Senior Executives and Family Businesses and with SMEs - many of whom struggle with the turmoil of change and direction in their chosen industries.
A Non- Executive Director with Futura Electronics and a Lecturer in Leadership and Management with UCD Professional Academy, Paddy lectures in Business Coaching (FETEC L8) with Ibec/TUD to deliver excellence in Business and Executive Coaching.
Over the past 30 years, Paddy has largely been working as a senior Human Resources Executive working at Group and Board Level working closely with CEO's and management teams in major International and Global Businesses.
Paddy has led Restructuring and Change projects in both American and Irish indigenous companies, focusing on internal change and Management Team Development to enable them to meet their new environment.
He is qualified in the use and delivery of psychometric tools such as MBTI, and OPQ.
Paddy has a Masters degree in Human Resources, a BA(Mgt) and Post Graduate Diplomas in Executive Coaching and Change and Organisational Behaviour. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Member of the British Psychological Society and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
